there's so little westchester in this post. it's weird, don't you think? thangz change. i like home, despite all the terrible things i've said about it in the past.
I <3 Love Actually. For me at least, that whole christmas feeling thing is variable. It depends. Some years it's really strong and then some years, not so much. Like this year, I practically forgot it was Christmas, there was not much special going on, no christmas lights, not really the people I would've chosen to spend the time with, etc.
P.S. I also love your year in pictures idea. I believe I stole/borrowed it from you last year, and I probably will do it again, thanks :-)
Thanks for doing this post every year for the past few, even though it isn't my life and I wasn't there for a lot of it.
In the past I've looked through photo albums and been like "man I need to have some of these photo album things," but I never take snapshots, so I don't have any photos of stuff. I went through three Years in Pictures and saved the ones of SYF retreats. I'm going to want to remember those...
Fuck, I need to get myself to college or some shit for real. I'M NOT MAKING ENOUGH MEMORIES RIGHT NOW
Thank you Sammy Lifson for showing us what live journal is supposed to be all about. This is the best post I've ever read.

1) Afterprom? maaaad chill! That was a great end to what obviously will be my last prom ever.
2) NOATS show making you feel ancient? HOW DO YOU THINK I FEEL!? I've gone from youngest person to oldest person at every show gradually over the last 7 years. Someone told me that PUNX are the only people in the world who feel old in their early 20s, sooo true. Even as I type "early 20s" I feel old, cuz you're a teenager. It's good, in a way, to feel old- we should never forget that young people know exactly what the fuck they're doing as much as older folks. Older folks are just better at faking it when they're in over their heads.
Wow what a tangent, again, best LJ post I've ever read.
