I wrote a One Direction primer based on nothing but what I have learned from Tumblr. I may have filled in a few of the gaps myself.

( I have been told that they sing, but I've never heard it myself. )

You've just put my entire belief system into perfect words and pictures. YES to all of it! I have always suspected Harry's underwear model/kitten heritage. You've done a great service to humanity by confirming it. And let us all take a moment to pray that dumbass boy in love doesn't break the kitten's heart.
