I just learned that I am only as strong as my will. And I'm only as good as my intentions...so not really all that good. :) I feel particularly wicked and more connected to life than ever before (cleanse your body, cleanse your soul, cleanse your mind). I recommend living in quiet peace surrounded by few things and drinking herbal teas.
