Russia is simply a confusing place. You have this city where KFC and Macdonalds hand out free toothpicks with their meal, for hygeine purposes, but where people spit all over the place at any time. Well, got my old visa yesterday and tickets today, so the bank-busting wallet-bleeding part of my trip is over. Luckily with my tickets came the bill for the HIV test, full of words I didn't understand and numbers that made me weep.
