As a lot of you know, I got my custom leg brace last week and have been increasing my activity since then. Went to the gym day before yesterday. I used to be able to do level 7 or 9 on the elliptical for 45 min, now I do 15 min at 2 & the knee is screaming. So going to try it again today.

If you haven't tried Trader Joes frozen Chocolate Croissants and you love croissants, run out and buy these. They come frozen, must proof overnight. (greased baking sheet, in cold oven) then bake for 20 minutes. Four bucks for four of them, so that's 'cheap', and easier carrying home frozen than baked ( Read more... )
