Wow - I haven't posted since July, and our lives have sure changed radically since then!!
We were able to go on a family vacation with Tom's family in July, when we were 35 weeks pregnant, and it was very nice to get away and relax for a few days before this big life-changing event took place.

The BFing isn't really painful anymore unless he decides to shove himself off all of a sudden with his hand. At first, it would hurt when he first got on and then it got better as he ate, but now it feels fine! I've been really blessed with an easy pregnancy, labour and delivery as well as nursing. He's a pretty good baby for the most part, but some nights (last night, ugh!) he gives us a run for our money by refusing to fall asleep for like 2 hours when we all want to be sleeping!

Aw. He looks a lot like you. And he's so long! Just a thought on the pic where he's laying across his dad; looks like he's going to be a tall fella in the future. Congrats, and welcome to parenthood; let the adventures begin:-)

Everyone keeps saying he looks like my side of the family, and not like his Daddy. I don't see it, aside from once in a while he pulls a face that looks like my mom's extended family. I'm hoping he looks a bit more like his Daddy in the future!
And yes, he'll probably be a big boy - for one he eats like CRAZY and also he has really big hands and feet. And his Dad is like 6 foot 3. Tall Dutch man :)
