At first I didn't really think too much of it. It's Labor Day weekend, it's a nice evening, not too muggy, hell - it's a friday. I honestly thought for a while that I'd enjoy the arrival of a new academic year. After all, everyone gets to start a new chapter, new perspectives, more of a sense of busy-ness, things can be less stagnant, more dynamic

if, for some reason, after the surgery is all over and you still find yourself totally annoyed with all the incoming students, please consider the option of finding housing with me outside of it all. :)

Thanks for the salutations! I just woke up and it seems a good night of sleep really was what I needed. I think the worst part is going to be trying to get to the hospital by 6am on a completely empty stomach, if not the weeks after of taking fiber supplements.

It sucks that your housing/living situation has been so rough lately. I'll ask around if anyone's looking for housing, although the few I have in mind are either potentially looking to leave the state or aren't recommendable ...
