I'm starting a letter campaign to the governor of maryland and the mayor of Baltimore city to compromise a trial period on drinking in public laws. Please read my sample letter to the governor. Below are the addresses to the Mayor and to the Governor. Please be respectful and honest when writing them. Indent 5 spaces before each of your paragraphs

something i learned while working in the City:

a mayor will not read anything more than a page. they have limited time and they don't like reading a bunch of blather. they want the point, the solution, the end.
