Glad to know that the "fluid" thing was all just hype. It's nice to see them emphasizing the five-member thing, but the content of this still makes me feel a lot more depressed than hopeful… sigh. Thanks for your translation.

it doesn't make me feel any better per se, but i'm more confident about the group not turning into some weird johnny's-akb hybrid thing. i'm still worried about marisou in terms of how this will affect them emotionally but i'm less worried that they'll be kicked out of the group/demoted to pseudo-junior status/etc.

Yeah… I hope so. Apparently girls are calling JE and Pony Canyon (you can see their tweets and stuff about it here if you haven't already) and they're getting mixed responses, but JE's official statement seems to be that it's a one time only thing. That being said, their official statement when Sexy Zone debuted was that B.I.Shadow would continue their activities as a group which was a straight-up lie, so I don't know. @___@;;

yeah, i kept reading about the "possibility" of a shuffle group and i was like... yeeeah, and it's also "possible" that they're going to form a unit consisting of fuma + two baby lions but that doesn't mean it's actually going to happen, lmao.

shori's concert was announced earlier, actually, so they didn't just spring that on everybody in addition to everything else! i think it was just his opportunity to say it himself. c: plenty of other guys have had solo concerts/shows & it's just one performance so i don't think it's anything to worry about.

Thanks for sharing this! I really hope the Saitama concert goes okay... It's nice that Fuma and Kento were emphasizing that all 5 of them will be there, but I'm worried that there will be lots of 3-member stuff that they're going to reuse in the Kobe shows, or something. But I'm glad to hear that there was no official announcement about the fluid group stuff =__=

it will be very interesting to see how things go in saitama. i am very curious to read the reports. tbh i am expecting a few 3-nin performances, but in combination with sexy boyz & sexy show also having their own performances, i wouldn't feel as bad about that. what i'm most curious to see is how f/k/s act with marisou (and vice versa); i think that will tell us a lot about how everyone's really feeling about this announcement.

Yeah, I hope that's what it's like--there are always a few 3nin performances at their concerts, so hopefully it won't be too different from usual @_@;; And yeah, I'm really curious to see how they all act... I really hope this concert makes me feel better about the situation rather than worse, basically XD I'll be going with faded_lace so I'm sure we'll be reporting back about how it goes!
