I know exactly how you feel. (I get it a lot, too. *moves out of the spotlight* A heh.) But really...don't change what you do around them. Eat normally and say, "Ha, I eat healthy-ish-ly, ya stupid fags! Ha! Hahaha!" ...Maybe not in those exact words.

No anorexia, though. It really hurts to starve.
