you might want to talk to your boss & let them know you're feeling overwhelmed & maybe there needs to be a second person to help with the workload, either an assistant or someone with the same position as you? if you really feel like you can't do it, i think you should let them know instead of trying desperately to keep your head above water. if they are going to be jerks about it, maybe it's time to look for a new job?
question, though: how solid (i mean security-wise) is your job? i ask because if you've got some bargaining power, you might approach one of your higher ups and work towards bringing some changes.
no job is worth losing your mind, no matter how many raises you get. you have obviously proved your capability, and any company is lucky to have you. you shouldn't be penalized for doing your best and working hard. again, if you have some hold on things, you might want to think about bringing certain things up, feeling how the waters are, etc.
