Gone to the gym...frigging bike

I 'Only did a little more than 4 miles today' because I was running with my freshmen Gerber, who i'm SO prou dof for finishing with me. She's so awesome and I'm so glad she finished. I know it was hard for her but she TOTATLLY did it...and i was SO excited to encourage her through it, it made my day to know that she wouldn't have gone for that run ( Read more... )

Tonight I didn't make it to the gym for a run, becuase I had every intention of it but the SNA meeting was therapeutic touch and meditation, as well as massage therapy and stress relief.
