SO i went to run today all by myself..and it was kind of nice. At first i thought it was going to be another bad day, but it super wasn't. I did it, and i did it well.

I went to run with Becca today, just her and I which was nice just because we're really at the same pace i think, both mentally and physically. She's so sweet, I really admire her. We ran the chip hill run since we did the tenner yesterday. I had such a good run, just overall - good time, good company, good mindset, good day...
