Thanks! - nor can I. It was basically beer that made it possible. And there is some crossover in neurosis between PhD work and home remodeling. Both are goddamn thankless tasks ;-)

Thanks man. Most of the expense was windows, wood and drywall. Still lots of little fiddly things left, but she's watertight!
