High School? College? Working?

Really, none of the above. I work at home, being Ethan’s mama. This is the first job I’ve had where I feel happy 99.9% of the time and I actually feel like I am doing a pretty good job. I love staying at home. I just could not handle it if someone else got to be the one that picked Ethan up when he falls, or was there ( Read more... )

RE the High School & Kids bit: Aww, I like how much you go on about Ethan :) I know I wasn't around much of Lechner at all, and Z always gets confused about when I studied abroad b/c I wasn't around you guys in much of any capacity 2nd year, etc. -- in a nutshell, I know we didn't hang out too much until parts of 4th year :D BUT, when Kee & I visited with you guys, and at the weddings (NOLA and SF), you seemed so much more confident -- Maybe that doesn't make much sense -- but you seemed to not just radiate, like everyone says moms do (although you really do), but just more *out* there for yourself. So I def agree that this mom thing completely agrees with you :D I know what you wrote totally made me go "Awwww," and smile inside, and honestly, like I wrote, I'm just not that into babies/kids. And, of course, Ethan crawling up on everything & Elmo being one of his 5 words & his impression of cookie monster -- hilarious + adorable. *almost* makes me want one. Hee ( ... )

I forgot about peanut butter. I do like peanut butter and jelly, but with a larger jelly than peanut butter ratio, and I like peanut butter crackers, just not a big fan of peanut butter cookies or candy. I'm weird. Also, I forget about peanut butter as something to eat because they say to be safe not to eat too much while you're pregnant or breastfeeding, so I basically didn't have any for two years.

Regarding kids, you are always much more into your own kids than ones that belong to other people. Other people's kids annoy me sometimes, but even when Ethan is being difficult, I can understand it most of the time and not be annoyed. Also, any kid you had would be freaking adorable. :)

Awwww, I LOVE that you gush about Ethan so much! He's such an adorable kid with the cutest orange button nose. :-)

And I'm one of those that hate Wal-Mart. My hubby and I boycott it.
