this weekend is gonna be sweet.

after having a extensive talk with my uncle (who is a personal trainer) we, mostly him decided that i need to run intervals. so thats what i'm doin.

I don't dwell on your weakness so that in turn you won't dwell on mine.

That's the way I feel about everyone...it's not that i've forgotten it's just that i choose to not remember.
