I am attempting A deliberate ramble. I feel the need to express without regret my thoughts. I've begun the background writing on the novel I've had in my head for years. Having chest pains lately. Kind of scary. Trying not to overreact, but this is starting to happen everyday now. Going to have to make that doctors visit, wanted to wait until i coulf use a paid personal day, but like I said, getting scary.

Ok, The last time I saw a Doctor he told me that I would need to lose some weight to help alleviate the blood pressure issue. I've been thinking about this a lot of late. I found out recently that Heavy D died of a blood clot complication that lead to a similar embolism that killed Joe. Basically the same kind of thing that could take me out one ( Read more... )

I feel like I just have to hang on. Things are not terrible. Things are better. If I can just hang on I could be entering a time of my life that could be viewed as possibly the best ever. Work, living space, social relationships. It could all be good, in not too much longer...if I can just hang the fuck on...
