that's how it was with me and this guy in my class first semester... this guy would ALWAYS interrupt me right when im about to talk to him.. but now i dont like him and he seems to hang around us now..

Yes, I hate it when I'm about to talk to him but someone else behind us gets his attention and then they make him move away from me. Very uncool.
