My good friend Rita commented on my journal and asked some really good questions, and I thought it would be a good idea to post my answer to them on here, for anyone else reading, thinking i'm crazy, and wondering

Just so you don't think I'm a vegan-hater, I highly recommend the vegan cookies at Trader Joe's. I was just there today and thought of you when I saw them. ;)

I eat them and I'm obviously not vegan, so I'm sure you'd salivate at their very presence.

What about ice cream!?! Oh, Coral, how you loved ice cream!

Is there any substiture for that?

As for the "vegenaise"... BARF! Regular mayonnaise should be banned, let alone vegan mayo.
