If I see one more flippin person wearing shorts and a winter coat i'm going to walk up and slap them. Note to all girls, Leggings DO NOT EQUAL pants. I do not want to see all of that. I also do not want to hear you complain that it's cold. well no shit because you arent wearing real clothes.
