This weekend was a pretty good one. I was at a soccer tournament in Syracuse Saturday and Sunday. Saturday night, I also went to Kingston with Josh and Sven for Lindsay's late birthday "party." In health today, we worked on projects that will be presented tomorrow. The projects are on Death & Dying; our group is comparing the different ways in which Mexico and the USA deals with death, along with common symbols and euphemisms of death. We had a quiz too. It was easy ( Read more... )

Back to the tournament this morning. We played Syracuse FC and won 4-2 (I had a goal off my head). With a three way tie between Syracuse FC, Marcellus and us (all having a 2-1 record), the tournament commitee decided who was in the finals based on goal differential. Soccer tournament in Marcellus today. The first game we lost to Marcellus 2-0. I don't think everyone was completely awake yet. We could've easily won. The second game was a joke. We beat Chittenengo 7-0. We play Syracuse FC tomorrow morning. If we win, we'll be in the finals... I think. I'm going to bed now.

School today. Horrible again. I hate it. I went to the Syracuse Mall with Josh and Phil today. It was some good stuff. I only bought 1 thing, though. I bought a sweater jacket from Banana Republic. Today was the first day of summer school. I am taking Health and Driver's Ed. Basically, my health class is full of freshman and other people I don't know, except for Artie and Aubrey. I unfortunately returned home from Mexico and California tonight. I had the best time ever. I will update tomorrow. I need a hot shower and my own bed, though.

One more day until Mexico. Kind of one day I suppose. It's more like 7 hours. Josh and Tessa are going to come over and chill. Josh is going to stay up with me until we have to leave at 4am for the airport. I'm really excited. Adios.
