So I started the ABC diet - and of course I had no clue that I ate so many calories from so little of food! Well I definitely ate more than 500 calories so it's just a turtle in my path, so I'm going to keep going. But of course Tyler and I are going out to breakfast tomorrow! Yikes! But on a more positive note, Kat and I ran the whole Grove! :)

My life will start tomorrow. No more food. No more slacking off. No more slouching. No more bad grades. No more yelling. No more being impatient. No more sloppiness. No more broken promises. No more laziness. No more problems.
Still 124 pounds but I think its from the two chocolate bars and all those nuts! So I'm legitimately fasting until Monday just to see what happens. Of course I'm drinking tea and water but that's it since I would love to be a size two jean! Well on the other hand I've been working out a lot more and I'm getting real hard and toned so that's good

I am a disgrace. I ate pretty much the whole kitchen after fasting all day since I'm about to be on that time of the month! Not going to eat the rest of the week!!! No snacks or anything!!! Just sleep and work and get out - like going to the library to do homework and not stay home a single minute!!! A little sad and depressed and down... Running

120. Pizza and ice-cream sounded too good to pass up :( How upsetting! Well it's all right, because tomorrow's my birthday, and I have seven days to go down to 115. And then go down to 120 by the 20th. Set of rules and guidelines:
