i wish everything on the surface didnt appear okay because it helps everybody shut their eyes and walk away. and i cant get angry at anyone for doing that, because its really all that can be done. you cant help somebody who isnt home. nobodys home

Yes, the world doesn't want to know. It's got it's own hurts, it's own priorities, and our pain just makes their jobs harder.

But there's usually someone who wants to help, an unexpected friend, someone who cares. At some point, you have to let them in. It's the only way.
