Incident in London

So this morning armed, plain-clothes police in the London underground chased down a bombing suspect, warned him to get down and when he continued to flee, they shot him dead from quite a long ways away with their handguns.  Five out of five shots hit the suspect in the head, killing him instantly.  This raises only one pertinent question for me

Indeed! Outside of the SWAT teams, U.S. cops are notorious for not practicing at the range nearly enough.
