Aaaah - My only day off this week. Unfortunately I have spent it cleaning the house in preparation for Chris' big birthday bash tomorrow. I don't know why I bothered, I can guarantee that on Sunday morning the kitchen is going to be sticky-floored with alcohol spills and there will be stale chip crumbs everywhere. I have been feeling a little 'blah' lately. My weight went up, up, up past the safe point. Then I got my period - which was kind of a relief after 2 months of waiting and a negative pregnancy test. Contrary to popular female sentiment, I like getting it. After a week of bloating and 3kg weight gain my period makes me feel cleansed and refreshed. ( Read more... ) -
