I got a student job today in Web Services, which is the group that handles web projects beyond the scope of individual departments' webmasters, mostly in PHP. The hours are very flexible, so I can work around class and debate. Yay!

My happy little visit home ended today; I got back into Rochester a couple hours ago. It's cold here, and not many people are back yet (our classes don't start up again until Wednesday), but it's nice to be back; Austin was getting dull with almost everybody already gone ( Read more... )

New Years was good. I went off with Linda, Tony and a couple other friends most of you don't know to a bunch of places, including a strange very 'Texan' (read: hick) party, a club downtown (which is where we were for midnight), a lake house and Tony's house, where we finally slept.
