That's funny, because one of my other flisters was complaining about her garbage bins being stolen a week or two ago. Must be an international ring of bin thieves. :)

That's just too weird. I guess we'll have to ring up the council and beg them for another one. The thing is, they're supplied to people for free. So, there's really no need to go round stealing them. I guess for now, we'll just put our recyclables in a plastic bag. The plastic bin was so much tidier.
