The Stupidest thing I've heard all day.
So one of my dad's tenants has not been paying her rent and owes $1735. So as a result my father has to evict her. And now she's calling demanding her $625 security deposit, and threatening to take him to court.
Why must people be so stupid? -

4 o clock is the best time of day. It helps you separate the 1st half of the day and the rest of the day, the eveaning. Especially the time around 4:15 and 4:45, Its like a magic little zone of time where you can just relish before the rest of the bullshit begin.
