This is lovely. I think that I like the details of what is happening Chez Cooper-Williams best: Gwen curled on the sofa, and the soft light to stop Rhys banging his shin.

Aw Ianto you are such a sweetheart! Love it. Can't articulate myself better at this time of night.

This is a really good portrayal of grief, both in Ianto and Gwen. You really hit home with your description of Ianto and his desperate fear that Loss will happen again, and before he can work out how to handle Tosh and Owen's deaths. And Gwen's certainty that there will be an end to the overwhelming sense of loss and that things will be good again, well, that's a very insightful thing, and gives Gwen a little maturity for her extra years on Ianto.

And OH, but I love Gwen/Ianto friendship fics!!!

This is just... wow. I love how they are each broken in their own way, and how they are stronger together than apart. And the way you use words is just extraordinary. You write so beautifully.

Wow. I had to stop reading for a couple minutes to get myself under control. This is so painful--in the nicest way possible, understand. It's just fucking palpable.
God damn. This is just amazing.
