How lovely. Out of the four years of German I took in high school, wouldn't you know, I've managed to remember, at least, nine (note: not nein) words. Not that the combination of them should necessarily make any sense

....I don't know "verucht" ...are you sure it's a German word? I also find it interesting that the neun words you remember actually form a sentence and that you didn't count "nein" as a word that you remember. :-)

I admit, I was being modest in a facetious sense, though even in a facetious sense, the notion is likely a bit much since most of those German words are cognates, and in so being, are easy to recall. As for 'verucht,' so far as I remember, 'verucht' or some better spelled variant is German for 'crazy.' :)
