Anyone who knew him would probably tell you, Elliot is not the most mellow person in the world. He was usually annoyed, but if anyone saw him on his most recent walk to the store, he probably looked like he would deck the first person who tried to come near him. His usual annoyance was even worse now that he was in the midst of the mounting frustrations of having to deal with a fight between his sister and his servant. Not only that, but he was still completely confused about what was going on in his home world, since he kept getting bits and pieces of information, with nothing solid about everything. On top of all of that, his mind kept flipping back to a phone conversation he had a few days ago.
He had no idea what that guy's problem was, but he knew that he sounded pretty serious. Even if he did, Elliot didn't exactly care. Whoever he was, if he started causing problems, Elliot wasn't going to put up with it. If the guy was that determined to kill him, then he had a funny way of showing it. He had five days already. He could have easily found Elliot in that time. Maybe all of those threats were just talk.
