I had high hopes for Blaine, and I have to say I thought he was perfect. It's so nice to see Kurt with someone who can really understand him, and they would be such a cute couple.
I'm not sure what I think about Will's character this series. I love Matthew morrison, but at times Mr Shue is really sweet, and others he's just plain douchey. But I missed Emaa in this episode, although I suppose there weren't many ways to integrate her into the plot, especially considerin the Kurt focus.
And in relation to the Beaste thing, I like the fact that Glee, although about song and dance and such, don't shy away from realistic issues and happenings in schools. Reminds me of a toned-down Skins with the teenage issues in the show. Most prime-time shows don't deal with pregnancy, sex, homophobia, etc, and I think it's great Glee does.
I really hope I start to like Will more. I can't really explain why I don't :( I guess it's just personal preference. I agree the episode was a bit full to fit Emma in but shouldn't she have done something dealing with the issue of bullying? She is the guidance councillor :p Oh well, I guess it just didn't fit.
Yeah, I'm glad Glee at least prompts discussion of issues and allows it characters to make mistakes. It doesn't force it's characters to always have the moral high ground. I think that's what separates it from shows like Secret Life of an American Teenager.
I usually really enjoy Santana's character. I think that last ep they just played her for laughs and didn't really think about any sexist implications. I think I can forgive them for trying to get a laugh. I do hope we get a little Santana character development though. There hasn't been too much so far.
Uh, yeah, Will's intervention was terrible! I've heard promising spoilers about his input into preventing bullying in future episodes. So hopefully he can redeam himself a bit. Kurt put it perfectly in the ep (or was it Blaine? I think it might have been Blaine) when he said that it was like the faculty just assumed that because you were gay you were going to have terrible things happen to you. It's stupid. I think Will's biggest flaw is that he's so self-interested. he really doesn't think about other people's needs and desires. It's odd that he still comes across as a good guy, I guess he is well meaning.
I quite like Rachel...most of the time. Get a bit annoyed by her when she's all I'm the only one who should get solo's because

The amount of Kurt/Blaine fanfic would be seriously scary if they weren't so cute togther.
I am looking forward to happy!Kurt (he makes so few appearances), I'm just not sure about guest stars who aren't Darren Criss. They CAN be good (see Neil Patrick Harris and Kirsten Cheno-something) but I prefer stories about the glee club members. Plus I'm scared that Will will be a jerk again next episode.
I like Santana's character so long as she's not being mean to Kurt - he will always be my favourite. She and Brittany aare my second favourtie couple on the show (guess who takes first place, even if they aren't a couple yet).
Lol, we all know they're going to be a couple. It just has to happen! They're made of so much adorableness.
Personally I wish there was more Santana Brittany Kurt friendship in the show. I mean, they were on the Cheereos together for ages. I read a really good fic a little while ago about them going to nationals together and it was so cute, also sort of weird. But mostly cute.
There should really be more friendships on the show.
Guest stars can be so hit and miss. I just hope this one goes well, I really want my flist to stop hating this season. I'm a bit concerned about Will's story. Terri's coming back so that's a bit annoying :( I never liked her. Can only wait and see I guess.
