a friend of mine owns rental property...im not sure when its going to be back and ready, but i know they are going to be looking to lease. i believe its a duplex and they want to live in the other half of it...its russ and his brother jay...24 and 26(?). so they are real cool about things. let me know if you are interested. xoxo

apparently its not going to be ready for another 3 months. but if you are still interested, its 3 bedroom so you would need 2 roomates.
