I have an idea:
Pitch them some rrrreally shitty ideas but trick them into thinking they're good, then embarrass the shit out of them, then quit all over their asses, and then make millions of dollars on your awesome ideas, buy out the company, turn it into a popsicle stand, blow that popsicle stand, or better yet - tell it to blow you, and then merrily carry on ruling the world. That's my idea.
