Aww! Congratulations!

As far as breastfeeding goes, if it works it works and if it doesn't then it doesn't. Not the end of the world. Don't kill yourself trying. Noah never latched and I could only ever pump an oz or 2. Once I stopped beating myself up about it we were both a lot happier.

Thanks! I'm trying to stay optimistic. It's more disappointing than anything else really. Breastfeeding was something I was really looking forward to. However, baby needs to eat and if it has to be formula, so be it. I still feel completely in love with and bonded to Ben, even if he hasn't been on the breast. I will say that it has been nice that Lou has been able to feed the baby as well. It's been a way for them to bond and gives me a chance to rest.
