i have my evaluation meeting on wednesday. my main boss sent me my evaluation papers to look over b4 the meeting. under where it says "will you hire this person again for next year?" she checked yes and no and then wrote undecided. one reason was b/c my position in the schools is grant funded.... they want to cut my position down to part-time....
