I have officially witnessed it all. A Tuba soloist from Norway freaking beatboxed his way through a solo while playing and singing through the TUBA...all at the same freaking time. He went crazy. One of my violin students sleeps beside her violin every night. How inspiring is that????

So I feel like my dad and I are the ONLY people staying at home to ride the storm out. I was a little shaken about that decision at first, but now I am at peace with it as I remembered how much fun it was playing Scrabble in the restroom for an hour with Drea as we waited out the storm 2 years ago.

So I have realized that almost every close guy friend I have has been made because of something to do with music...either violin or songwriting.

normally this would be something good, but I'm starting to feel like thats all they befriend me for.
