I somehow talked myself into working five days a week at the Market, and now I feel totally exhausted all the time. I had to turn down extra work because my week was full. Mysie and I will be in fabulous Portland, Oregon this weekend. What should we make sure to do or see while we're there? We're already planning to check out a friend's shop, Powell's Bookstore and the Portland Market.

I'm trying to kick a case of Autumn blahs. I think that I might need to take some extra B and D Vitamin supplements during the darker season for my sad case of SAD. I've been feeling very tired, mopey, sore and uninspired. I wish that I could afford one of those lightboxes. At least it is lovely and sunny today. -
