Yesterday was my only day of class this week. I love only having two day school weeks, and when one of those days is canceled for a national holiday... well it's party time people! Hence, i'm going to Castellon today to visit Jenny and Ilea and staying for the weekend. It should be

it is really sad that they kill the bull at the end. I portugual, they also have a similar form of bullfighting, but they don´t kill the bull.

and what you said about the illusion of human superority is very true. one interesting thing i noticed in the bullfight was that that illusion was both celebrated, and put to the test with each new bull. there were several times a torredor almost got himself killed.

most people know that part. i wanted to explain how the whole thing happens. besides, the bull doesn´t actually bleed to death, the matador either kills it with a sword, or if he fails, one of the torredors kills it with a dagger when it is on the ground. still gruesome though.
