Been hanging out in Borders a lot reading books and drinking coffee since I have no internet at the place I'm stay for the next week or so.
Thoughts on books I've been reading which while super vague might lead to spoilers or perhaps spoiler comments.

Dresden Files

I read the Dresden files recently, too. I found them quite enjoyable, they reminded me of the early Anita Blake books. I also really like the three Diana Tregard books by Mercedes Lackey, too, just as a tip. I can't bring myself to read the latest Anita Blake book. I didn't even check the last one out from the library. But I'm glad Edward is back, here's hoping he kills everyone else off.

Diana Tregard books are nice - just seems like there aren't that many of them. Has she started writing more of them?

Sadly Edward doesn't kill everyone - and has his creepy serial killer friend and stepson along which sort of ruins some of his coolness.

No, there were only the three. Mercedes Lackey went on record at her website to say they didn't sell well enough to continue, when other series were more profitable. Alas.
