Just wanted to share this, find it relevant considering the free sharing discussions.

    I like the presentations, and Sarah, thank you for your shout outs.  It was particularly interesting to note that they all had similar bases of concern, that of identity/self in relation to new technologies and media.  I'm going to write a paper on this as well, and I feel like it's definitely a valid concern, particularly as most of us seem to ( Read more... )

There is something in the quickness of blogs, wikipedia, etc., that makes them very desirable. I think about what homework I procrastinate the most, and usually it's not blogging for this class.  I think that something about sitting down at your computer, typing down your thoughts, and hitting post is very freeing and easy.  It's a direct line, no ( Read more... )
