[it'd taken Sora a little while to putter about, mull it over and finally arrive at his current inquiry: step one, tend to friends. step two, stop by the bakery. step three, harass Riku until he shows him how to speak to someone privately on the journal. step four, another bakery trip.]

I've done quite a bit of fighting back in my world, perhaps I could answer your questions?

[ voice ]

Very well, where shall we meet?

[ voice ]

[soracles]

How about just outside the village? That way we won't accidentally break anything.

[ voice ]

[refinedmaestro]

That could work, where exactly would you care to meet? I live in community building seven, is that a far walk for you?

[ voice ]

[soracles]

It's not too bad of a walk! I could meet you there.

[ voice ]

[refinedmaestro]

We could meet out in front of the community building then, I shall see you there.

[ voice ]

[soracles]

On my way, then!

[ voice/action ]

[refinedmaestro]

[Frederic closes the journal and goes outside to the front of the community building, making sure to be on the look out for Sora.]

[ voice/action ]

[soracles]

[he'll show up not too much later- though he's had plenty of time to explore the surrounding village, knowing each building's location by heart isn't something he's been able to pull off yet. either way, a spiky-headed kid is soon approaching Frederic, journal tucked under his arm.]

[ action ]

[Frederic bows to Sora very gracefully and seems rather pleasant when the boy arrives to the older man in front of him.]

[ action ]

[soracles]

-- Hey, Frederic!

[Sora's a bit more casual in his greetings, and he scratches the back of his head with a grin.] You ready?

[ action ]

[refinedmaestro]

Of course, whenever you are.

[ action ]

[soracles]

All right. [he extends a hand, the Keyblade popping into his closing fist. Sora doesn't have much experience fighting against magic users, aside from the Wizard Heartless- but those aren't exactly human.]

[ action ]

[refinedmaestro]

I promise not to harm you too badly, Sora. [Taking out his conductor's baton in front of the other, Frederic readies himself to fight the keyblade wielder.]

[ action ]

[soracles]

[... was that smack talk? whether he was sure or not, Sora'd normally quip back, but he's eyeing the baton almost curiously for a brief moment. he hasn't seen a wand quite like that before... but he starts off, breaking into a run toward Frederic with his Keyblade poised to swing.]

[ action ]

[Frederic quickly begins casting a wind spell which becomes like a ball of air that he blasts at Sora to knock him backwards if it hits him.]
