So, I am very pleased that the cleanse is over, well it was over last week, but who's counting? Other than me of course ~laugh~. Honestly I didn't feel any better afterwards and was all too happy to go back to my copious bread and dairy consumption habits ~laugh~. So....I am doing the wild rose cleanse. Blech. Gotta say, I MISS bread with a hunger ~laugh~...and cheese. Surprisingly I don't miss sugar as much as I thought I would. And the doctor's appointments that seem to be nothing more than a waste of my time are getting on my nerves too.
