I know we dont know each other but reading this has inspired me i have issues with weight loss myself i suffer from pocs so weight gain is always there i recently found out i have a 15 plus yr old herniated disc and he said its the biggest one hes ever seen and explains why ive been in so much pain and its pinching a nerve big time. I'll give you something my Doc told me...for every pound you lose, you take 4 pounds of pressure off your knees, and 6 off your hips. That has GOT to make a difference for your back as well.
