We will indeed. However, we will only accept one version of a character. So, for instance, if you wanted to play the Nyotalia version of England as we already have an original-verse England, we would not be able to accept your character.
In her canon the character I'm thinking of apping was a duck that was turned into a girl by a magic pendant. Post series she is once again a duck, without her pendant. Would it still be possible to play her here post-series, and just have her for some unexplained reason be a girl again, and if so would she still be able to switch between her two forms?
You would have to play her in her human form, but yeah, you would be able to take her from post-series. She would not be able to switch between her forms unless it was during an specific event.
This is more an in-game question, but my boy is very fashion-conscious... I know he'll have to deal with living without his favourite designer labels, but what kind of clothes will he be able to find in the stores here, and what era are we talking?
(The clothes on his back when he arrived were a horrific, green ruffly ensemble which he will have wanted to get rid of as soon as he didn't need them anymore... XD I just need an idea of what he's changed into!)
Additionally, is there a haberdashery in the city, or anywhere he'll be able to buy fabric and related supplies?
The character I want to take is a silent protagonist, and I just had a few questions about how you prefer to deal with such things.
Mainly, Jack doesn't speak during the game proper at all, therefore no one really knows how he feels about what's happening around him, though one can infer how he feels due to the actions and decisions that he (or, the player) takes. So, say I play the game and take Jack on the good route, saving the Little Sisters instead of harvesting them, I can say that he is kind-hearted, and would prefer to save little girls instead of...you know, killing them to further his own power. But, in the same vein, he would be naive?
Ah, the comment probably makes no sense. I guess what I'm trying to ask is, is head-canon alright for this type of character?
As long as you can provide us with a personality of decent length (say a couple of paragraphs), and can justify your head-canon with actions the character/player has taken throughout the game whatever story you chose to play him through, then we have no problem with it.
Okay so does stealing work in any particular way? Like, what are the chances of Lovi stealing something helpful or a clue, what amount of money would some NPC usually have on them, or something like that. Or do I just come up with this stuff myself?

I just wanted to know if you would take apps from official canon AUs, like Nyotalia.

Hope that cleared it up for you! :)

Since I didn't see a Canada on the taken or reserves, I think I'm in business.

There will be a haberdashery somewhere, yeah.
There's practically any store you can think of - they just might not always sell what you would expect!

That in itself may or may not be a clue.
