I've been feeling much more refreshed and optimistic since returning from the thanksgiving holiday. My general outlook has improved and I haven't smoked in two days. I think I've really figured out what was getting me so down, though, and it's painfully simple: the news.

1) The chapter I'm reading about sustainable cities is basically a chapter about Portland, Oregon. And I'm going there in two weeks and 5 days w/ my beautiful wife. So happy :-)

So it's time to go back to Denton. Thanksgiving here in the Valley was good but far too short. Definitely not ready to leave. Oh well... I'll be back in a few weeks.
