[The moon's ghastly smile hasn't changed a bit despite all the noise and chaos over at the European regions. Does that mean that nothing will change despite all of Shibusen's efforts? Or do those gigantic eyes see some hope in the way the guest agents are starting to tackle the European missions in earnest?
Don't forget about the other regions too, okay. Wouldn't want another mission to go untended for so long that it reaches critical mass and explodes in everyone's faces...
