Since Saitou is a meister and we didn't particularly change anything for that, it should be okey to resubmit! But I would strong suggest going through the new app form and seeing if your current one still answers to it.

No, you can submit anytime you like! The app form itself is complete and all the information is there. We're just not done with the more step by step detailed work instruction yet that some people want to see, that is all.

ok no but seriously i have an idea for a weapon form and am not entirely sure on all the details of it and how it should work? like say i wanted to make teddie's bear suit his weapon form...

That doesn't sound so bad, actually. It'd wrap around his meister after he changes--good luck if his meister is a tall adult, though. XD The question is, what ability do you plan on giving him? Do you have any ideas at the moment?

yeah exactly! though i figure if the resonation's good enough he'd stretch to fit any size of meister out there. aaand that's something i still need to decide on. i'll probably go with something that fits his canon abilities, like say, ice or healing or a quick escape outta the dungeon failsafe.

I am not the best mod to ask about possible weapon abilities. :'D I'm not very creative. If it's ice--his meister can stay toasty and warm inside but anyone they punch or touch with the Teddie suit could get ice burn or frostbite. If it's healing, it could be a defense/recovery-type effect where all damages done to him gets halved, or light injuries get healed at a certain rate. If it's quick escape, it could be that the suit just deflects the enemy's attention because it looks so ridiculous and incongruous on the battlefield. For limitations, he's kind of ungainly and watching the P4 anime makes me realize that it's so easy to push him over and watch him roll around. That said--an adult-sized Teddie would be at once hilarious and terrifying to see. Do it lmao.

Ok so I mentioned this on plurk so the few of you I have added already KNOW OF MY NEFARIOUS PLANS but there's a couple of hamsteakers here (and people familiar with the canon) who don't.

I'm gonna go ahead and look for more opinions here!

Canon Point. I had three in mind. I usually app her from before the coin flip with the Terezi confrontation, so I was dabbling between that, post-coin flip and death, or post-dreambubble shenanigans.

SO FAR WE'RE LEANING HEAVILY TOWARD THE LAST ONE, simply because it's something I'd really like to try out in a game setting. I like that the whole dying thing forces her to grow up a bit without completely changing her character around. I think it'll be a healthy switch-over for a game like this.

I think you should go for the last one! Quite of few of the Homestuck cast have canon updated or will canon update their characters soon, so it would be very interesting to see how that'll affect her interactions with them when she arrives. :)

Also, if you're unsure, you can just go for the first or second option, and then canon update later on when you feel like it!

i definitely don't have any plans to app in this round (classes are kicking my butt right now) but i like to think of these things in advance.

this guy. could i make him work once more? how if i didn't do movieverse, but took him from comics instead? is there still a room for a legit "i'm a villain that does villainy things" villain in s_c or has the game grown too much?

for those not in the know: scarecrow used to be a bit of a game-wide villain doing villainy things (joined up with the witches and shit) before i had to check out and he died whoops

I know that one of the other muns has been trying to set up a sort of anti-Shibusen/Watch/authority network of a sort, so there may be a means for villainy things to come up again without too many problems?

re: the anti-Shibusen club -- i really suppose it'd have to depend on the type of work they plan on doing. if they're bad enough dudes to be terrorists, then i suppose jon could grace em with his presence (because a guy that prances around throwing shit in people's faces and trying to be scary really is out of their league now, COME ON!)

seriously though, if they plan on taking action and committing... acts... the definition of action right there... then 'crow would probably pal around for a little bit and even be enthusiastic about it. guy's got needs, though, and if he's not scaring the pants off someone then he's gonna get antsy and blow that popsicle stand.

Oooh, I see. Well, the mun in charge of that plot thing would probably have a clearer idea on how things on their end will work and such! I know it's been approved, but I think most things are still being planned and the like~

I think the mods have more of an idea on how to bring him back than I do, though. Short of you apping him in fresh (from the comic, as you said), I got nothing in that direction!
