I don’t know if I am currently hypomanic, but I seem to be falling into my addiction of not sleeping again and when I do having it be erratic. I guess if this is going to happen, this is the week to have it be so. Work, well, is uneventful during the holidays, I just need to stick to my meds and just watch myself.
