Garden State
So here I am, back in NJ, stuck working at the Gap for yet another summer. Spectacular. My biggest concern is not so much the bargain bin blue hairs shopping for "slightly burnt Sears active wear" but falling back into that comfort zone with someone I probably shouldn't. I haven't written in a while. I've been preoccupied with attempting to find ways to barter Ramen for goods and services as I'm skirting dangerously close to the bankruptcy line. Falling Slowly
Being unemployed and ignoring the schoolwork I should be doing while I have the opportunity has left me to my own devices. I find myself slipping deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole that is my head and it seems to be not the most desirable place to linger as I can't seem to escape the neverending perpetual mindfuck that is romantic interest. Recovery week
It has been almost a week since the end of my first year of grad school. I haven't done too much this week except become a permanent fixture to the couch.
